Why Some Succeed (And Others Don’t)

If you’re anything like me, you know some folks who seem to succeed at anything they pursue, while others seem to be forever struggling. What’s the difference?

And more importantly, what lessons can you draw from those who succeed? If you’re one of those who has struggled and fought and still seem to be missing the secret to success, keep reading.

Have Great Hopes

There are three simple steps to success, that everyone can use. It doesn’t matter who your parents are,
how much money you have, or how many mistakes you’ve made. It doesn’t matter where you live or how old your children are or if you’ve been the victim of others’ insanity. And it doesn’t matter how discouraged you feel or how enormous seems the mountain before you.

YOU CAN SUCCEED if you follow these three steps stated so eloquently by Norman Vincente Peale.

1. Have Great Hopes, and dare to go all out for them.

Your hopes are too small! Think bigger – think outside the box – don’t let anyone else’s smallness define your hopes! Refuse to succumb to the “reality” some folks insist on that limits what you can hope for.

2. Have Great Dreams, and dare to live them.

Built on the foundation of HOPE, have great dreams. Let me give you an example. Since I was a young girl, I’ve wanted to be a doctor. But then life happened, and I found myself in my 50s, without having followed that dream. But I had not been able to get rid of the HOPE, so I grabbed the DREAM and did what it took. And now, I’ve been accepted to medical school. It has been a long tough road, but oh SO worth every single step!

3. Have Tremendous Expectations, and believe in them.

Expect to win. Expect to succeed. Expect to be human and make mistakes and learn from them. Expect to pay the price for the hopes and dreams expectations you hold as precious.

In my business life, I am realizing phenomenal success introducing everyday people to the opportunities at iLivingApp. I have tremendous expectations every time I talk with one more person about it, and hold on to those expectations even when someone says no, its not for them. That doesn’t matter, because just around the next corner is someone who will grab the HOPE, the DREAM and the TREMENDOUS EXPECTATION of their own success.

Wow! Are you ready to be one of those who succeeds?

What is your hope?

What is your dream?

What are your tremendous expectations?
